Experience
Mr. Corliss has been employed by the D. L. Evans Company, Inc., since 1992, developing expertise in commercial real estate appraising and real estate consultation. He has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin since 1992 and has been involved in a variety of commercial transactions.
Prior to joining the D. L. Evans Company, Mr. Corliss was assistant appraiser for Modern Appraisals Inc., a firm located in Janesville, Wisconsin. He assisted Lynn Duesterbeck, President, in all aspects of preparing residential, industrial and commercial appraisal reports
