The D. L. Evans Company was founded in 1964 by Madison native Donald L. Evans. The firm specializes in real estate counseling and valuation. Clients include institutional organizations, public and privately held companies, attorneys and their clients and private parties. The firm's practice area is the state of Wisconsin.
